  I dont know why Jesse is even being thought of. He is just a pretty face & body, but in order to play Christian, since this is a movie & not "Body by Jesse" fitness show, we need an ACTOR. This is not select the one you think is the prettiest, this is a job for the role of Christian Grey a complicated character in a phenomenon. We need an actor with experience for this, not a pretty boy just because he looks good.

  has to be colin! he matches the descripition of the book, tanned, dark hair and amazing eyes. Colin got my vote!

  Hands down it has to be ALEXANDER SKARSGARD! He already has that bad ass, don't fuck with me persona from ''true blood''..would fit the part perfect I think!!

  I can't believe there is even any questions. It has to be Jessie Pavelka.. I started looking at all the possiblities for CG and as soon as I saw Jessie, I saw CG. I am baffled as to why these others actors have even made the list. I have never even heard of Jessie Pavelka until now. But, if he doesn't play the part I will not be able to watch the movie. I hope they pick him for the role, he is the perfect CG.

  People who've met James at book signings say she's stated that Jessie Pavelka (who's huge in England) was her inspiration for Christian Grey. One look at him and I just FELT it immediately. Jessie Pavelka simply IS Christian Grey. Nobody else could ever be right.
