Erin, you're going to get an overwhelming yes from people because they don't know Presidential history. We've had claims of a President's wife being a whore and that President fired his whole staff because they wouldn't interact with his wife. The attacks today aren't personal compared to campaigns in the 1800s. Those campaigns were heavyweight fights compared to today's silly campaigns. I think you should phrase the question as a "In your lifetime" due to people's lack of knowledge of US History and even less knowledge of US Presidential history.
