I do find it strange to see magazines and the like in the Ubuntu Store - it just doesn't seem to fit right. I think that they especially should divide their store into many compartments:
* Developer Tools
* e-books and magazines
* Games
and so on.
On the first point I get very confused with what is a simple app/ext and what is, listed with abbreviations I don't know, meant for Dev's. I think Ubuntu needs to simplify it much more and add more description in the titles.
I know Linux has been around for 10/15 years now but I think they still have a while to go yet to get it 'right'. Nonetheless - what a great alternative to the big players for free! A long time coming and love them for it!

Ubuntu Center is a nice name!
Ubuntu One should already be part of the software center. But adding publications to Ubuntu One is a close second. After all. That content should sync with the Ubuntu One app for tablet's sake.
Ubuntu One Store is a nice name. But things would need to be redesigned... Books and magazines today are apt packages, and that feels very weird, at least for me...
I agree with the podcast above posters. Google Play is a prime example. One interface encompassing audio/video/software/ebooks... it's brilliant. I would expand the software center and rename it... perhaps the swahili word for "fun" or "store", in keeping with the spirit of "ubuntu". Cheers!
Ubuntu One Store FTW!
Why not rename the Software Center to Ubuntu One Store, integrate Ubuntu One Music Store in it so it contains software, games, books, mp3, movies and other. They should change the interface to better represent all of the new content, add the option to donate to free content if the user would like to do so and i bet it would be the best store to date :)
Integrate an ebook store w/the Ubuntu One Music Store and rename it to something like the Ubuntu Media Center.
