In todays world you have to prepared for any kind of confrontation with "law enforcement," they have a totally different attitude than Peace Officers and make no mistake there is a difference. Even though Mr. Perry was in the wrong for breaking a driving statute the stop could've gone very differently. A Peace Officer would have stopped him and simply (with respect) asked if he was alright and after finding that he was ok would've continued with issuing the infraction citation. End of line.
