This is clear population control under the guise of a healthcare program. The agenda of the elite is to slow population control to a hault. Condoms have been issued in schools for years, that plan failed, now issuing the Plan B pill. What's the next logical step? The education dept is so strapped for cash yet they have funds for this. I wonder who is really backing this program financially. Would be surprised if the Gates' are behind this.
This step is not the place of any government agency. It is a parental responsibility. Especially when the schools can't possibly know the complete medical history of each girl. If in giving either drug to a child. The schools take on a major risk.
