Being a Fan of Apple's work and its ethics , i still agree with the author to the two facts he mentioned, One is its seriously not acceptable to defend apple when there is wrong from a company which provides near perfect products when its peers are not and the second is apple should have brought back Google Maps to its customers along with apology which shows respect to the customers rather than company.
