I think it's tough because I would have loved to be ABLE to stay at home. But for financial reasons, I had to work, and get the kids to all their activities, and to figure out what to have for dinner... I'm happy for them that they can stay home. If they complain about how they don't have adult conversations, or interactions, that is a little less offensive, because it is definately one of the harder things about being a stay at home mom (I imagine).
