Do high school day care centers promote teenage pregnancies?

It just amazes me that with all the ways to prevent pregnancy, that still so many teens get pregnant. Not to mention they are having "unprotected" sex. Are we not getting through to them about the dangers and responsibility of these things? Apparently not, but then again, it's the adult part of society that promotes promiscuity, just take a look at prime time television! Really! They use "sex" to promote everything from cars to booze! Glamourizing it! And it seems to be getting worse all the time! So what do parents expect? "Teaching" starts at home, so many parents are quick to put the blame else where. In answer to the survey, I truly don't feel we should make it any easier for teens to justify a bad decison! And who will pay for this daycare?
I have seen parents take the roof off because of sex education in schools. These are probably the same parents who don't talk to their children at all about sex. I say, up the "Sex education" in our schools and push harder to teach the "FACTS" and take the glamour out of it!

Finally, tax dollars being used in a productive manner. Great idea and it may show some teens that having children so young can ruin their lives.

Unfortunatly teen pregnancy is rampant in todays society. I admire teens who want to continue their education in spite of the challenges of being a young mom. Having a daughter who had a child before her senior year in hs, I would have appreciated any help to assist her in obtaining her hs diploma. Which Im proud to say she did. I find that our society encourages promiscuity and irresponsibility.
