If you're going to a football game, then I think it doesn't matter how old you are. BUT if you're just out wearing it on a non-game day, yeah.... you need to stop that shit.
There was a professor at my law school who was in his late 30s and he loved wearing football jerseys and throwback basketball jerseys on campus when it was his day off. It just wasn't a good look. smh.

Wear what you want, but know that you may get clowned. Matter of fact put the Jersey and your jeans on backwards and make the hoes, Jump.

Hey rod and Karen. this is the first time i have commented on anything. Love the show by the way you guys are funny as shit. I don't think there is anything wrong with buying a jersey. Just dont go wearing it on everyday occasions. Its cool when you go to a game or watching your team on tv with friends or on laundry day, etc. Just don't go out with it in your regular everyday attire or the next thing you know he is going to start wearing baggy jeans and timbs, with a headband around his head and his jeans rolled up on one leg looking like LL Cool J in an old FUBU commercial.

First of all, I support the "do you" philosophy (to a point, some common sense has to be intertwined as well.) Anyway, that being said personally the classic look is the style I prefer for myself and whomever I'm with. So, a jersey is acceptable for playing or watching games or cleaning around the house, not as a staple wardrobe item. Besides a nice soft hoody is better to curl up under ;)
