If that's his so called explanation, this guy must be a borderline retard. (and yes I used that politically incorrect word) How can you live in this country and not know the correlation between a black man and a noose? I can't accept his explanation. Besides the face that it's just plain stupid, it's too far of a stretch. #epicfail
