Giving pharmacists with very limited training the right to give flu vaccines undermines the professional medical community, such a public heath nurses, paramedics and doctors who are fully trained in adminstering vaccines, along with being able to treat reactions, which do occur. Given the the flu vaccine changes from year to year, adverse reactions will also change. Making vaccine accessability easier does not make it safer or a better option for the public. I would never trust going to a pharmacist for a vaccine - they should stick to what they know best and for what they are trained for - being a pharmacist - dispense medications, not administer them!

Where is the option "No, my immune system is great!"??? The only "no" option seems to make one out to believe that the flu shot is a bunch of hokey baloney or is Santa Claus. In my case, I just don't need it. I haven't had the flu in at least 15 years.
