How should I format my pregnancy exercise video series?

    I think the level of fitness of the mom is going to help determine what type of work-out(s) she is looking for during pregnancy. A mom who is already quite fit will want specific workouts that she can still perform to maintain the level of fitness she has. A mom who maybe doesn't do as much will want a more generic workout that helps her improve her fitness but not overwork herself. I think the combo videos are a great idea...something for everyone!
