Are you worried about Photo Sphere invading your privacy?
Yes - This will give Google too much information.
No - It is a very fun feature we will all enjoy.
A bit - Though it opens up many good possibilities, it could also bring some major privacy concerns.
It would only worry me if I can't remove Photo Spheres that display my private space.
