What happened with both Wynne and Moseley is just another example of to many officers who have become politicians. Both Wynne and Moseley are guilty of letting things slide. I have seen where senior officers are more interested in "shmoothing" with higher ranks and forget to keep their eye on the day to day operations of the unit they are responsible for. Usually the unit gets sloppy, sargents get tired of doing officer work on top of their own. Troops think that if the officers don't care why should I.
