Not only is it about the money, but you are correct with the brain dead comment. Some common sense might go a long way in decision making in so many other areas of the city operations....Councilllors should spend some time getting in touch with those who elected them in their respective ridings. I for one have not heard a peep out of Thomas Steen since his poster(s) were taken away....
