The ongoing strike at St. John's Regional Airport collided with snowfall on the weekend, derailing travel plans for many. Thoughts?

Enough is enough; an arbitrator needs to be appointed to end this strike

Hopefully management and the union have learned a lesson, and will get serious at the table

So much for the claim that there would be enough resources on the ground to handle the snow

Snowstorms happen; who's to say that there wouldn't have been cancellations, even without a strike?
