agree with lynn. bought a new hp all in one with 8 installed on 2/16. knowing how this stuff is when first released I paid geek squad to set it up. good choice. they have had 3 in home visits and one instore visit to get it right. still giving error messages on startup but they seem to be harmless. it finally seems to be behaving itself.
as for ease of use, my last version was XP, which did everything I needed, so 8 is like landing on mars.
Ditto with MS office 2013 which I purchased of necessity because my previous version was office 2000 and it will not work on latest machines. but it did everything I need without the useless confusing crap in 2013.

you failed to include an option in your poll for "I hate it!" us older folks struggle trying to figure it out especially since HP is too cheap to include and instruction book. it's not intuitive for those of us with keyboards and mouse and who don't use smartphones. I am a senior in a nursing home and my computer WAS my window to the world...now I feel like a hamster in a wheel stuck in a corner!
