Stores that sell groceries should be allowed to sell "hard" alcohol products. . .Likewise existing liquor stores should be able to sell grocery products and non-alcoholic drinks (mixes).
This would somewhat even the playing field between grocery retailers which are primarily large business and liquor retailers who are typically small businesses.
