I am a student at Chapin High School. You should all know that Mr.Compton is a really great guy. Yeah he made a mistake. We all make mistakes. You all judge him but most of you don't know him. He is right it is just a symbol however it's a big symbol. People didn't fight for the peace of cloth known as the American flag. They fought for the freedom it stands for. You've had him in detention long enough now slap him on the wrist and send him back to class! His students need him!
