I prefer Cover A. To me it seems better balanced? Perhaps because then the blue cup is shown full front and contrasts nicely with the pink titling above.
I like "A" better—the suggestion of pink that carries through the title color, but the strong band of blue that really draws the eye and effectively underscores the sky.
Instantly more eyecatching. Maybe because the pink up is more in view and a better foreground colour than the blue.
