Driver/ law enforcement hasn't degraded really. It is just more contacts now.
Data Q is not fair nor a due process.
Real problem is that CSA is nit about safety it is smoke and mirrors to avoid political fallout at the drivers expense, and I do mean expense, both personal and financial.
