Let's shame the other big company that's too big to be pulling these obnoxious stunts: Adobe. Download a patch for Flash Player, and you're bundled with McAfee Security Scan Plus. Someone else (Adobe again?) is also bundling Chrome as part of their download/patching process. I think less of the companies who agree to this arrangement on both sides.
Actually I'd have liked to see a third choice in the poll, where the option is deselected in default, so clicking 'Next' doesn't install the software automatically.
