If the menus are dirty, restrooms unclean, no hot water, staff touches the top of your drinking glass, in general unclean in dining room, you can believe that what you are not seeing (kitchen) will be 1000xs worse.
Yes- about the Health inspection scores- this maybe old or unreliable, & sometimes not subjective! Not that informative unless an A... you would know if that is believable when you first walk in the door. Conscientious
owners or management makes All the difference.

I wish they would post Health dept scores at the dorr of restaurants like they do in California.
