Afridi is out of form? Or has he re-gained form. Do not forget that he played two really good innings out of five. That is normal for in form players. How many good innings did Amla or de Villiers play?
You should not expect a star batsman to score over thirty in every innings. Look at South Africans. They only depend on Amla and de-villiers. The rest are performing badly but the South Africans are not making a fuss.
The only reason we are losing is because we not strengthing our batting line up. We have lot of all rounders but we not fully utilizing them. Also Why is Umar Akmal out of the Squad? Why can't we bring back Abdul Razzaq?
We cannot throw out Hafeez because he is a great all rounder. I think he should not open. Instead Younis and Kamran would be a great pair for the opening. Nasir Jamshid needs lot of time learn cricket. He does not have enough experience. He is not an opener.
maroof, I'm not biased but being a Pakistani and a fan of afridi too, i think this is a time when he is out of form better to take rest for a while and come back when he prove his form, for me Pakistan is important not afridi or any other player. yes due to grouping in the team no one playing well. If you remember couple of days back news came about misbah and hafeez controversy and we have seen the performance of hafeez after that. We can't praised any player for his one performance in a year now PCB think about Misbah, Younus, Kamran, imran farhat and afridi in T20 and one day squad and as punishment hafeez to be out for some time. PCB and selectors are fully responsible for all this situation.

Yes I understand that he also committed a mistake and he is equally to be blamed for the defeat but do not forget that his average for this series is 32 which more than some of the other star batsmen.
Why not axe those star batsmen who scored less runs than him?
It is not easy to come conclusions, my friend! If Afridi was not in this series then Pakistan would have suffered a humiliating defeat.
Pakistan lost the series because the selection had been focuing on the bowling only. An extra bowler was added thus we lacked one batsman. Also PCB is not prepared to forgive Abdul Razzaq for his statement and this price is being paid. Do not forget Abdul Razzaq is also a Fast bowler and a great ODI batsmen.
Apart from that Umar Akmal is not being given any more chances because he usually gets out in the forties. However the selectors do not understand the a quick forty usually ends up wining the match.

Please we request you to kick afridi out now who have no mind to understand the situation. Or anybody tell him that there are single and double runs also allowed in cricket. Afridi will be responsible for series defeat.
Razzakh ko lao yar.wo btng be karega. Blwng bhi karega..talented play hai razzak..pakistan ko ek acha alround perfomance sirf razzakh dega.
Afridi should defintely be promoted. Any one who who thinks that he cannot play any more, is a fool.
Afridi has now re- gained form and he should not be batting at number 7.
Also the youngster Naser Jamshed has not enough experience to open the the innings. I think Hafeez and Kamran should be the openers and Afridi should bat at number four. Younis should bat at number three and Jamshed should bat at number five and Umar Akmal at number six Misbah at number seven Shoaib at number eight and then the bowlers.
We need a strong batting side. Our bowling is alrealdy world's best. We just need two fast bowlers and one specialist spinner in ODI and T20.
