Richard Harrington's tutorials are beyond superb. His clarity in showing how to make something happen with PS (and so forth) is a gift. More please!

The retirement of SB is going to leave a giant hole in my reading and enjoyment of photography, Scott, maybe you could pull a Brett Favre hopefully? You can't leave us hanging after the conversion from Canon to OM-D.

What sets Photofocus apart from other websites is, in my opinion, Rich's unique experience and perspective. I appreciate his inspirational posts as well as sharing his experiences. Yes, shooting technique and software tutorials are interesting and helpful, but they can be found on many other sites. My humble suggestion is to focus on what makes you unique and what you excel at. In my opinion, the top three areas of strength for Photofocus are:

    1. Inspirational posts
    2. Shooting technique
    3. Gear reviews

    Just my two cents.

    Love your Blog.

Sorry to see you retire from the business, but glad to see you still active in the community.

The posts that speak most to me are those that inspire and those that provide "how I shot..." info. The software I pretty much know (at least at the level that you are covering it), and I can get my industry news and gear reviews in a lot of other places. As for guest posts, I'm good with those as well, as long as they are on similar topics (how-to and inspiration).

That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it. Thanks for the opportunity to give you my feedback.

I really enjoy the website and the podcast and I thank you for providing that service. As the most armature of armatures I find the walk throughs and "how I took it" tutorials very helpful. I want to know not only how but why you do what you do. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I'd love to see you guys start doing critiques like Zach Arias does. I swear I learn more from watching critiques than any other type of learning. (so long as they are good critiques of relatively good images)
