Of course Joo Won can do it. The man is so talented he could 'sing the phone book!' I wouldn't even be surprised if Joo Won's version sounds better than the original (which is normally very hard to do). His 'Those Magic Changes' is one example. His 'You raised me up' was a good cover too. I personally also prefer Joo Won's version of 'Two People' to Sikyung's original. (Apologies to SSK's fans.)
