Charlie, maybe your dish should be BBQ, instead of a dip. Stfu! I don't like Baylor at all, but it's hard to beat the " gut pack" ! I'd added anything on nationally famed George's bar too. That place is so good. Best beer in the state.
Jason....what you don't know about NC pork barbecue could fill a library. If you had a clue, you'd know that barbecue was INVENTED in North Carolina...colonials were slow cooking/smoking whole hogs in NC when Texas was still part of Mexico. Texas knows how to do beef BBQ....but don't talk about things of which you don't know...like pork bbq. You just sound silly when you do.
And knocking an entire state cause you had a waitress that couldn't give you tobasco? Just ignorant. Way to represent your state.
I'm not even an NC State fan, but Mimi's sausage dip is absolutely delicious!
David sounds like your typical North Carolinian who believes "Bar-B-Que" is pickled pork, and the only state in the Union where I've ever had to explain to a waitress what Tabasco Sauce is! I'm hungry for a Gut Pak right now. Been awhile since I had one.
