What are your thoughts on a toll for the Halifax peninsula?

I'd be willing to pay in an effort to reduce traffic throughout the core.

There are other alternatives.

It would deter me from coming into the downtown.

I'd be willing to pay but only if the money went into funding something we can all enjoy.
