I voted for landscape, but if these were to be double sided bookmarks, you could use both.
Each image is striking in its own way and could pique the interest of a wider audience.

I voted for Landscape. The background makes me think "I want to go there!" And the silhouettes are rather intriguing, two small people against a vast world of discovery.
While I like both very much, I picked the landscape because I prefer the writer to give me a description of a character rather than the book jacket. My imagination can soar with words rather than paint.

I much prefer 'Pax' as it is intriguing and different. With the first - Landscape - it looks and feels like every other fantasy novel I have read before...
