Should the bear statue at Sparks and Elgin streets be moved to make way for a Stanley Cup monument?
Yes. The bear has had its time there and it'll still be seen further down Sparks Street.
No. There are plenty of places in downtown Ottawa for a Stanley Cup monument. They can find somewhere else.
