Burlington, Vt is a beautiful little city in a progressive state. Good concerts at the Flynn theater. Great fall weather, good eastern skiiing in the Green Mountains, the Adirondacks across the lake and Montreal two hours away.
The best part of checking out other cities and/or places to live is just the visiting. When you find the right place, for whatever reason, you'll know it. Have fun!
