Do you think the city and OC Transpo could be doing more to prevent sex assault and harassment on public tranit?

Yes. Panic buttons for bus drivers aren't enough. It has to be preventative.

I'm not sure if that's the city's job. People need to be more proactive about shaming and stopping this kind of behaviour.

No. You can't really stop people from doing awful things, you just need a good system in place to respond to it.
