The thief should have considered the consequences of his actions before he drove off in a car that was not his. The thief evidently thought that he could continue to tempt fate while abusing the rights and property of others. An armed society is a polite society. The thief was not only in possession of poor judgement, but was very rude as well as being extrodinarilly inconsiderate and foolish. His actions finally caught up with him. He achieved his end. The gentleman who was about to have his car stolen was fully within his rights and should be afforded every consideration due to him as a law abiding citizen.
