    No amount of counseling will change that kind of bullying and hate? But a million dollars will make it all better. I'm so sick of this victim-mongering! She called you a mean name! Get over it! The employee should be fired if this happened but a million bucks? That's ludicrous. Yeah, someone called me a bad word and now I get to retire to the Bahamas for the rest of my life to recover from the 'hate'. What a joke.

    It saddens me that so many people in this poll are voting 'no' on the employee's termination. It further disturbs me that most of the comments here are themselves racist as well. It's reasons like this (and the recent gun control defeat) that can make me ashamed to be an American.

    It is perfectly legal to do that is it nice not in a million years but legal since there is no such thing as hate speech in the U.S I say she doesn't deserve a dime. At the same time I think the employee should be put on a leave just so he knows that won't be tolerated
