Im a graffiti fan and i love this place but it is time to move on i think, the area seems to be steadily getting better and fresh start here can only lead to better things.

This is private property. You have every right to disagree with what they are doing, but you have NO right to tell them they can't.

This is why you should never let any group use your property for free. They tend to think they own it after time passes.

I agree with much of what you are saying. It is a private building and their rights as owners should be respected.
However, the family does have to hear from the public. That is why it is going to the Community Board.
So this isn't completely out of the realm.

I think it's unfair for the everyone to vote about this. This is a private building that we have no right to tell them what to do!
