People hear the "lack of grace" all the time by people who claim to know Christ. We, the people of Christ, need to be more vocal and representative of Christ to show the world who He really is. Our fears of " not speaking clearly" like Moses or "saying one thing and doing another" like Paul are lame excuses when we see what God did with these men.
