Where do you stand on drug-legalization?

Unless FDA approved for medicinal use, drugs should not be legal.

Legalize all drugs, then repeal EMTALA so hospitals can reject uninsured users, and let natural selection and liberty take its course.

Legalize marijuana, leave everything else at the status quo.

We have an FDA. Use them to determine what drugs can be used recreationally without presenting a public health hazard. Allow the ones that pass, ban the ones that don't.

Bring back prohibition. Any mind altering substance is a sin.
