The physical beauty of an individual is a 'gift'...they were blessed with an outward appearance that separates them from those not-as-lucky...She contributed absolutely nothing to look the way she does...for her to dress so 'INAPROPRIATELY' at 15 is a 'slap-in-the-face' to all of us saying..."See how SEXY I AM...and YOU'RE NOT"...I feel that Bruce should step up to the plate and be a father...instead of acting like her agent...He should not condone his daughter's behavior....I have been a life-time fan of Bruce Jenner having watched him win GOLD in the 1976 Olympics...But now, he has faultered...as an idol to many, but especially as a father to his family...

I was a teen in the 50's and we wore crop tops (called midriffs then) everywhere in the summer. Our formals were strapless. We wore backless dresses (Called halter dresses) and strapless sun dresses. We also wore halter midriff tops. Our shorts were very short. No one complained that we were only 14 or 15 wearing such things. I guess because most of us were married by 18. People were not as closed minded as they are now. I happen to think she looks amazing. Stop picking on her. She is a good girl and should be able to wear what she wants as long as she isn't showing her private parts. She is only young once.
