How do you get your picky eaters to eat their food at mealtimes?
I hide ‘healthy ingredients’ like veggies in their favourite dishes
I serve small portions first, and then gradually increase to bigger serves
I let them choose the menu for certain meals
I get them to help out in the food preparation and graze on some of the ingredients during the process
I encourage them to try at least a bite of the food
