I'm happy to see this 10 percent max is in effect , it's about time cause this town is full of shops not licensed
properly and have too many unlicensed mechanics working on vehicles not fixing things properly just changing parts and billing without notifying customer , shocking the customer with what they call preventable maintenance but creating work .
I see a good percentage of people that trust there mechanic . well they can give me some direction but please don't reply if you are a mechanic
