There isn't much to say about iy, after all, deliverying a software solution without the manual seems rather disencouraging. To be honest I've acquired the tool and only use it when requested by the Client. My preferred tool is Wordfast as it's not limited by platform and way easier to use, in spite of not being as sophisticated a tool as Trados SDL.
