I think Arsene's substitutions during a game should be more flexible, he should change his back room staff more frequently and he should use the summer transfer window far better than he has done recently.
At the end of last season it was pretty obvious to most that we should be looking for real strengthening down the spine of the team. We need a goalkeeper who will strongly challenge our current No. 1 for that spot, a centre half to replace Djuorou (will this be a spot for Miguel?), leave Arteta to be a disciplined defensive midfielder and bring in a proven goalscorer like Higuain.
