Months of prep work, sometimes frustrating but that is to be expected with change, but all in all NC Tracks was very helpful. Please note that we did not use the portal for submitting claims, but rather use an independent software that allows us to submit batches of claims. All of our claims were processed and paid on time. So far we are pleased with the new system.
