    Pitch count is not a stat easy to verify or track. And pitch counts early in the season differ from late in the season. And from sophomores to seniors. And the article did not follow up on those pitchers health after high pitch counts. Just not enforceable and too many variables. I wish I could have thrown 12 inns in a substate game my senior yr!
