The test is bad, I had a real test from a book with 100+ pages and got 105 IQ, with this online test I got 118 which is impossible.

I certainly do believe the approximation is there, but whether or not it could still sway upwards on certain levels and perhaps even downwards on others? Could very well be, imagining official IQ tests taking well up to 4 hours to test every aspect of intelligence.
I'm really just interested. Other than that, I'm fairly certain, like the author said, it's more of a general intelligence test.
A good plane geometric insight will be in your advantage to quickly go through the first 35 questions, leaving you with enough time at hand for the last 4, which are on average more challenging than the previous ones combined.
