'Webinars' tend to be a fairly broad category in execution. Some are no better than presentations on rails with an abrupt end - in which case you may as well pre-record and polish the delivery. Likewise, pre-record as a rambling video that's straight off-the-cuff, and it's just as bad as sitting through the former.
Most important piece for me is being able to ask a question or interact - flipped-classroom style.
