Inquiry is not the same as research. The question is not whether humans are inquiring apes, but whether the curriculum should teach students research skills, followed by some clarification of what research skills mean for K1-K12 and subsequent educational/training contexts. Apes do not have to survive in capitalist and consumer drive economy.
