When Do You Believe It's OK To Use Lethal Force

If someone is threatening me, my property, or someone else's life/property, I feel I should be obliged to warn them. If they don't comply, I should have the right to use whatever means necessary to stop that threat. There should be no such law as "Duty to retreat" 57% (48 votes)
Anywhere I may be where I have a reasonable expectation my life is in danger (Such as common "Stand Your Ground" laws) 30% (25 votes)
