At least ARod has already given the Yanks a championship. The Cardinals have already benefitted from replacing a diminishing Pujols with younger players with equal or better production for a much lower price.

I'm an angels fan and I'd have to say puljos , the angels should no doubt be in the world series or the post season at least but there 15 games out of the al west and Alberts at home getting paid

Obviously they are not Foster Farms chickens.

looks to me that the Angels are the losers in this one-----eight more years to pay no matter what the out come is for Pujols. Whereas the Yanks just may not have to pay A-Rod any more money after this season. So New York will have the funds to reaquire some real players

pujols is younger hasnt played on the really big stage, and the angels should have learned from the mistake the yanks made with a-rod.

Albert's first year was not worthy of the pay he got. A good year by many standards but not $240,000,000 good. This year he is down even more and now out. Great guy, great history but his age is taking a toll. I doubt he will ever hit .300 - 100 RBIs and 40 HRs again or even come close. Sorry to say Albert, the best years are in the rear view mirror. When his name is brought up in StL we all smile are realize our GM dodged a bullet on this deal.

The Yanks won a WS with AROD and they more than likely aren't going to be paying him anymore $. So at this point in terms of team success, The Angels are running behind.

@tomcal obviously you don't know all the facts since you think pujols plays for the A's..

Not even close A rod hands down big paycheck little production thats alot of $ spent on one ring hes mr.no-show in post season scandles distractions issues hes a bust alberts just a asshole that chased the money cant live up to the hype but still has a chance to turn it around arod on the other hand......gooduck fighting for a spot on the long island ducks

They both may be done. A-Rod has given the Yanks more then Pujols has given the A's. He has 9 years left on his contract. Good luck with that. If u voted for A-Rod, u dont know all the facts.
