$3,300.00 for my 3 HP 220v Delta Uni-Saw. Use it every day I can work in the shop.

I'm surprised how many people have bought expensive tools. It would be very interesting to have a poll to ask people to estimate the total amount they've spent for all the tools they currently have.

Most expensive purchase was my Hegner 18V Scroll Saw. Really smooooth and worth every cent.

$2900 for my new 1.75hp Saw Stop cabinet saw stop cabinet saw. Replaces a 1.75hp Powermatic Cabinet saw. Showed wife the video. She said "buy it". I said "ok".

Every thing right on right out of the box.

Most of my woodworking tools have been purchased either on dealer close outs, auctions (both new and used), government and school system surplus or disposal auctions, internet auctions, Craigslist and farm auctions.

The only NEW MAJOR PIECE of equipment I ever obtained was a FULL SHOPSMITH SYSTEM with all attachments and accessories when I traded a NEW KUBOTA TRACTOR with John Folkerth, then president and major stockholder of Shopsmith in Dayton, Ohio during a home show in Dayton in the spring of 1975.

Still have it and use it frequently.
